The Red Chakra is also known as The Root Chakra,
Represent Security Center
Location: The perineum, the point between the anus and the sex organs.
Parts of the body: The parts of the body associated with this chakra include the lymph system and the skeleton system (teeth and bones), the prostate gland in men, the sacral plexus, and the parts of the body and functions within the body controlled by the sacral plexus. These include the bladder, the elimination system, and the lower extremities (the legs and the different parts of the legs – the feet, ankles, etc.) within the endocrine system.
The Red Chakra is associated with the adrenal glands. Technically, the secretions of the adrenal glands can be related to both the Red Chakra and the Yellow Chakra, but the fact that a threat to survival triggers them shows their primary association is with the Red Chakra.
Sense: The physical sense associated with this chakra is the sense of smell, the primary sense associated with survival. If we smell something rotten, we probably will not eat, and our body tells us that we could get sick if we eat. Therefore, the nose, the organ associated with the sense of smell, is also associated with the Red Chakra.
Consciousness: The Red Chakra is associated with the parts of consciousness concerned with security, survival, and trust—feeling safe and secure. For most people, the parts of their lives concerned with security are their relationship with money, home, and job. Being able to feel "at home" and being present in the here and now are also associated with this chakra.
The Red Chakra also reflects our relationship with our mother. In the traditional family structure, the mother provides nourishment and a safe space for her child. The baby nursing at its mother's breast makes certain decisions about the way things are ("There is always abundance," "There is never enough," or "You have to fight to get what you want"). The baby's relationship with its mother then sets the pattern for that person's relationship with everything that represents security (home, job, and money as security). When we experience a sense of separation from our mother, not perceiving our- selves to be loved or nourished by her, we cut off our roots with those perceptions and create a blockage at the level of the Root Chakra, or Red Chakra. The effect, the way we experience this, is to have a filter of insecurity or fear through which we see the world until we can again open to allow our- selves to be nourished by her love. We can apply symbolically as well.
The motivations in that moment concern security, survival, feeling safe, or meeting material needs. It can also be about seeking nourishment for the inner being, that is, not food, but rather that which gives you a sense of solidity and satisfaction.
We can also read the symptoms regarding what the person needs to return to balance. For example, if the person’s leg does not bend, and that affects mobility, we can say that they need, for their healing, more flexibility and freedom of movement. If there is a kidney disorder, even though they are located at the solar plexus level, we consider them in their roles concerning the elimination system. Their location at the level we associate with perceptions of power or freedom (the Yellow Chakra) can be combined with the level we associate with trust (the Red Chakra). We can read the symptom as insecurity concerning power (perceived lack of power, making oneself appear helpless) or insecurity about freedom (perceived lack of freedom, feeling restricted). We can also consider the function of the kidneys in reading the symptoms. The kidneys cleanse the blood of toxins. The blood represents the heart or perceptions of love, and the toxins represent attitudes that interfere with the person’s perceptions of love. These have reached an intensity that threatens personal survival, and change is needed. Such people need to allow the love around them to nourish them, releasing the attitudes that threaten their survival; the primary motivating force is the basis from which all decisions are made and motivates the individual.
If your root chakra is blocked, you will feel unstable and worried. It can lead to anxiety and physical ailments that anxiety and other stress disorders bring on, such as disorders with the colon and bladder, arthritis, and constipation. It is also associated with lower body issues, including the legs, feet, and lower back.
Tension in the Red Chakra is experienced emotionally as insecurity and fear. More tension there is experienced as a threat to survival. When the tension continues for a period or to extreme intensity, the person creates a symptom in a part of the body or a function associated with or controlled by the Red Chakra. It must be emphasized here that this is not what happens to us. Instead, it is how the individual has chosen to respond to the conditions in life that have resulted in the stress and tension.
Therefore, any out-of-balance condition or symptom affecting parts of the body or functions within the body associated with the Red Chakra reflects the tension in the person’s consciousness in the Red Chakra concerning security, survival, trust, willingness or ability to be nourished, or the relationship with the mother. It must be emphasized here that the mother’s actions or way of being have nothing to do with the person’s symptoms. Instead, it is how the individual has chosen to respond to the conditions in life that have resulted in the stress and tension.
Way To Balance Your Chakras:
Each chakra has its frequency. It also has the speed at which it moves; when the chakra resonates at the right frequency and speed, it is in balance.
However, this frequency and speed can change due to numerous factors, including your thoughts, diet, general lifestyle, and electrosmog.
This imbalance can create havoc in your body, leaving you emotionally and physically out of sorts—high Levels of Stress.
Raise your Energy: Everything in your life is dependent on energy. Energy is the source of your physical and mental power.
Energy maintains your body because all repair processes require energy. Even the conversion of food into energy requires energy. The less energy you have, the less you can produce.
Energy is the electricity of the human body. Without sufficient energy, people cannot express their feelings.
It is difficult to get many people to admit they lack of energy. People assume they have energy just because they work many hours a week and carry on everyday activities.
Lack of energy reduces our ability to direct our own lives. How many bad decisions you have made during periods of low energy. Moreover, recall how much more insight you had during moments of exhilaration and vitality. Energy gives you the power to express yourself. It gives you that invisible something that attracts other people and attracts success.
Increasing your energy does not have to be a hit-or-miss proposition. You do not need to be satisfied with temporary energy boosts such as coffee, tea, cigarettes, and other substances. What you need is an essential and long-lasting increase in energy.
The Science of Human Energy is a fusion of the relevant findings and scientific principles of biology, nutrition, chemistry, veterinary research, agronomy, and psychology. The Science of Human Energy is much more than studying nutritional imbalances. There are many causes of low energy. Some of them include emotional conflicts, wrong choice of career, family problems, lack of purpose in life, no one to love, wrong marital or business partners, and so on. These situations can destroy your energy far more than any physical stress.
When you have a balanced mineral pattern, you are more stable. It does not mean that you won’t cry over something. It does not mean that you will not feel temporarily devastated. However, when your biochemistry is stable, you will recover. You will be able to see the experience – whatever it was – the death of a parent, husband, wife, child, etc. – for what it was – another life lesson. Moreover, you will be stronger because of it.
Let us look differently at how to use it to our advantage and what a nutritional balance can offer to us( taking the right supplements). We can modify the stress response differently. Nutritional balancing is centered upon the somewhat complex principles of both engineering stress theory and Dr. Selye's stress theory of disease.
