What Is a Chakra?

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or vortex, and it refers to each of the seven energy centers of which your consciousness, your energy system, is composed.
Your consciousness represents all that you can experience. All your perceptions, senses, thought processes, and states of being of which you are capable happen within what is called your consciousness. Your consciousness can be divided into seven categories, each associated with a particular energy center or chakra.
Your consciousness is an energy system. It is composed of different energy densities in a state of flow, of movement. When the energy flows smoothly, you experience wholeness. When the energy is blocked, you experience tension, which can manifest as symptoms. The chakras function as pumps or valves, regulating energy flow through your energy system. Therefore, the state of your chakras determines the state of flow of the energy from your consciousness. The functioning of the chakras reflects decisions you make concerning how you choose to respond to conditions in your life. You open and close these valves when you decide what to think and feel and through which perceptual filter ( beliefs) you desire to experience the world around you. The idea, of course, is to keep all of the valves working smoothly, like the valves of a flute. When there is residual tension in your consciousness about something that has happened in your life, it is as though this tension affects the smooth functioning of the valves in your energy system.

Health state of a person – overall functional (energetic) state of a person and functional (energetic) state of systems and organs, plus psycho-spiritual-emotional balance, taken at a specific moment in time.

Each chakra is associated with one of the endocrine glands and a specific group of nerves, a plexus. When you experience tension in a particular part of your consciousness, you encounter it in the chakra associated with that part of your consciousness. The tension is then transmitted to the endocrine gland associated with that chakra.
We are more electromagnetic entities rather than physical entities. We should pay more attention to who we are and not how we want others to perceive us.
Thanks to these small vortexes of energy, we can navigate what we call the "The Matrix" every day of our lives and, depending on which of the chakras (filters or beliefs) we decide to vibrate in our day-to-day, is how we will genuinely perceive our reality. Remember, It's not what happens to us. It's how we react to it.
If we learn better what each of these vortices means and that we have free will to change anytime how we want to react to a stimulus in our lives, the experience would be much more pleasant. Depending on the stress level with which we live the experience, the body has problems replacing the essential material to keep us harmonious due to the current pace of life and the poor nutritional value of the food. The body seeks what we call adaptation, where it sacrifices nutrients intended for our old ages to handle such high levels of stress (whether emotional, mental, physical, or environmental) aging prematurely.
In my opinion, I consider reviewing what it means to be responsible for having the best nutritional balance at a biochemical level, which means replenishing the correct values of vitamins, minerals, and essential amino acids and giving the body proper rest and time to repair the damage caused by it stress brings.
